The guest area presents an opulent lounge and bar, harmonized with a dining space, and an expansive deck that offers sweeping views of the natural pan, drawing in a myriad of wildlife. Camp Khwai @ Moremi is also adorned with a rejuvenating pool and a unique boma area, creating an ideal setting for unforgettable African dinners beneath the starlit skies.

Accommodations include eight standard tents with en-suite facilities, each strategically positioned to offer captivating views of the natural pan. Additionally, the camp provides a family unit accommodating 4-6 guests, with two en-suite bedrooms at opposite ends, spacious enough to accommodate extra beds. The central area of the family unit comprises a lounge, dining area with a well-stocked bar, all leading onto a partially covered deck. This deck boasts a plunge pool at one end and a fire pit at the other, creating a perfect space for relaxation. Both bedrooms in the family unit open up to the deck.

Activities at Camp Khwai @ Moremi focus on the incredible game viewing opportunities in the area. Guests can enjoy day drives and mokoro excursions (water level dependent), as well as sundowners in the late afternoon and more.

Nestled within the boundaries of the Moremi Game Reserve, along the Khwai River, the camp offers a unique vantage point for observing wildlife. On the opposite bank lies the Khwai village, making this area one of Botswana’s prime spots for game viewing.

The Khwai Floodplain region, extending from Hippo Pools towards Mababe to the east, provides an expansive and diverse landscape for wildlife observation. Expect encounters with hippo, giraffe, elephant, crocodile, lechwe, wildebeest, waterbuck, buffalo, impala, kudu, zebra, baboon, vervet monkey, and occasionally, lion, hyena, wild dogs, as well as the elusive leopard and agile cheetah.
